From workflow fit to owned operation.
Start with the business work, not a predetermined product. The engagement expands only when the evidence justifies the next stage.
No package tiers. No published numeric prices. Scope follows the workflow and the evidence.
Five stages. Each one has to earn the next.
Every stage names what happens, what you receive, what you provide, what is out of scope, and where ownership sits.
Workflow Fit Call
30 minutes, free, led by the founder. Qualify the problem and decide whether a Sprint makes sense.
- What you receive
- A direct fit assessment and a clear next-step recommendation.
- What you provide
- One costly, inefficient, or strategically important workflow.
- Explicitly out of scope
- A full diagnosis, prototype, or production recommendation.
- Ownership
- No system asset is created at this stage.
AI Workflow Sprint
Two weeks, fixed price agreed before work begins. One workflow mapped; the available baseline measured or a measurement plan established; a working prototype tested with representative users where access permits; production recommendation and scope delivered.
- What you receive
- A mapped workflow, available baseline or measurement plan, tested working prototype, and production recommendation with scope.
- What you provide
- Access to the workflow owner, relevant context, and representative users where access permits.
- Explicitly out of scope
- Production deployment and organization-wide rollout.
- Ownership
- Sprint artifacts and the production recommendation are handed over.
Production Build
Four to eight weeks. Build and deploy the validated solution — an AI workflow, monitoring or data pipeline, knowledge system, specialized skill, integration, internal tool, or custom software — plus governance, evaluations, documentation, basic team rollout, and handover.

- Internal tool
- Custom software
- What you receive
- The validated system, governance, evaluations, documentation, basic team rollout, and handover.
- What you provide
- Agreed access to the systems, knowledge sources, subject-matter owners, and approval decisions required by the scoped build.
- Explicitly out of scope
- Additional workflows, roles, departments, and major integrations outside the agreed scope.
- Ownership
- The repository, system logic, rules, workflows, evaluations, integration code, configuration, and documentation are delivered as your asset.

Expansion & Team Rollout
Additional roles, workflows, departments, role-specific training, and usage measurement.
- What you receive
- Additional roles, workflows, departments, role-specific training, and usage measurement.
- What you provide
- Priorities, participating roles, operating context, and access appropriate to the agreed expansion.
- Explicitly out of scope
- Work beyond the separately agreed expansion scope.
- Ownership
- New work joins the client-owned system and its documentation.
Improvement & Maintenance
Optional light maintenance. New capabilities, major integrations, and model migrations are separately scoped.
- What you receive
- Optional light maintenance and separately scoped improvements or migrations.
- What you provide
- Current priorities, access needed for the agreed work, and timely approval of material changes.
- Explicitly out of scope
- New capabilities, major integrations, and model migrations unless separately scoped.
- Ownership
- Access to the existing asset never depends on continuing maintenance.
When the engagement ends, access does not.
You keep using everything you paid for whether or not we continue working together. Ongoing work is for maintaining, improving, or expanding the asset — not retaining access to it.
Provider changes may require adaptation and retesting. They do not force the business system to be rebuilt from zero.
